Each provincial association will have a board of directors whose qualified nominees of each branch are elected by the numbers of the same branch for a term of three years. The number of representative of each branch is decided in the provincial board of directors proportionate to their number of members. The board of directors shall elect on as chairman, one or two as vice-chairman and one member as the treasurer in their first meeting. The session of the board will be held every two weeks on the average.
